Very unprofessional with their appointments!!! I went to this Merle Norman location and did a bridal makeup trial, even though the makeup application wasnt the best, I was going to use them for my bridal makeup and made my wedding day appointment. My Mother made an appointment for the following week to get her makeup trial and to make her appointment for my wedding day. When her makeup trial day arrived, the store was closed!!! She came all the way up to Durant from Denison for the appointment, only to find a 'closed' sign on the door! And here's the kicker, we both SAW THE MAKEUP CONSULTANT/OWNER IN THE PARKING LOT OF SALITAS (and she saw us!!!) PRIOR TO MY MOTHER DRIVING OVER TO THE STORE LOCATION AND SEEING THE 'CLOSED' SIGN ON THE DOOR. Why is she out having lunch when she's supposed to be at the store helping customers with appointments that SHE booked??? What kind of professional makes an appointment on a day they close, and then doesnt have the respect to call the customer or even tell them when they see them in the parking lot of a public place. Very poor service and professionalism. Why would anyone want to make appointments for days as important as your wedding day if you cant trust the person to be there when they're supposed to be?? Needless to say, my Mother and I did NOT use that location for my wedding day makeup, neither of us will ever go there again and I would advise everyone else to do the same.

They did a great job helping my daughter when she was trying to get off drugs and she looked so bad.
