If you want a bad experience here is the place to go. Just a bit of advice for you "save your time and your money" and go find some other place to rent a vehicle from.
My partner and I had a car accident in Durant on a Saturday. We were calling around to find places that could rent us a vehicle for one day to get back to Dallas. The man told us they close at 3pm and we told him we were trying to find a ride and we would be there. We called at 2:30 to make sure he was there and no one answered the phone. We went to the location before 3pm and the doors were locked, no one was there. We explained our situation to the man, and he decided it was a good idea to close early knowing we were coming. We ended up being stranded in Durant until midnight and had to have family come from dallas to pick us up. This is unacceptable customer service.
They are running a bad bussiness. They will charge you for things that aren't real. Don't believe them when they say they will only hold your card. They WILL find a fraudulent reason to use it to get more money from you. Now where am I going to get the money to pay for my doc bills. They even drove to pick up my car in the car that they said had a broken windshield. Why didn't they say something then instead of waiting 4 days to charge me. LIE LIE LIE
Beware of the man that works behind the desk he is a very rude individual and if he doesn't like where you came from or probably just the way you look he will not rent you one of his terrible vehicles. So if you're in a hurry like I was to go see a family member recovering from the hospital don't waste your time and go someplace else to rent you a vehicle.
Treated fairly but not a professional experience at all. Needed a pickup while mine was in the shop. The truck was 15 yr old, the heater didn't work, door handle came off, etc, etc. My advice, drive to Denison.
