Great, except on the 3rd of the month. Get there late and what u need may be out. Brands may be deleted. For instance Shawnee Corn Meal mix, deleted and replaced. Bought Shawnee since I was a kid, and Oklahoma business that could be supported. Replaced, that sucks, and I can't tell u how many times it's happened.
It's a Wal Mart, so you should know what to expect. Rating isn't higher solely because of a semi-limited selection (electronics section is badly stocked) and employee incompetence. First and third shifts here are really helpful and friendly though!
It seems like there's never enough registers open. They'll often times have only 2 registers open and expect everyone in the store to use those damn self checkouts. It gets very aggravating at times. And they can never keep the chips I like in stock. The people here are pretty cool so it give it 3 stars. I don't know why you would look at a review for a Walmart.. But if you're planning on moving to Durant because of the Walmart here, you might be disappointed.
Clean. Most everything in its place. But the checkout was horrendous. I had big items so I couldn't use the self check lane. It took almost 20 minutes waiting before I was checked out. A lady in front was price matching and couponing. All 4 of the open lines were long. Took forever to open more. I felt bad for older folks with 2 items.
I love every time I go into the store I ALWAYS see the store manager on the floor. Helping customers or people that work there. I was there a few weeks ago. I got some donuts. I had to carry the paper all the way through the store til I found a trash can. I found the manager an he put a trash can there to fix it. An now every time I go the trash can is still there! So Thank you!!!
