Staff is very rude and takes a long time to get in for a appt.
Like nurses and Dr but Suze is very unprofessional and not an asset to his practice. A hour wait in waiting room is uncalled for and then lying to top that. She needs to be monitored closely and the message one gets if can't get through is down right rude. One bad apple can spoil the bunch. Message needs to be reviewed and possible reworded. If not for rest of staff and Dr, my $ and insurance would be elsewhere. One helpful hint is she check her phone at lulls in patient appointment, check in and then handle missed calls , ect. Use her phone.
