Cheap games and good staff
The staff here is friendly and willing to answer questions, but aren't the most knowledgeable as you would expect from gamers who work at a game store
Couldn't be bothered to tell me that the midnight release would actually be at 11pm. Even though I was there well before midnight they refused to give me my game and said I would have to come back tomorrow because they chose to close the register early. Utter BS. I'll be getting a refund on the pre-order and spending my money elsewhere along with an email to corporate. Sadly this GameStop is better than the one on Sherman. The people are always nice, even when they're screwing you over. This the two stars.
Very helpful and nice staff. Organized store. There's nothing wrong with the store iteslf.
Frankly, it's the other customers that you have to watch out for. They like to cause scenes when the staff can't accept their roach-infested PS, they don't agree with someone elses "life style", or they bought their kid a M rated game and think it's the staff's fault that they didn't heed the warnings. Yes, I'm a regular in there.
It's the only video gaming shop like it in town. Great place for all of your gaming needs from used to new items and they are always up to date on the newest things.
