First time and last time I go in there. The manager was rude and wouldn't let me ship my box because it had a small bump in it. So she said I would need to buy a new box. No problem until she took everything out of my old box and told my mother and I how we had packed it all wrong. When she measured for a new box she argued with my mom about the size.
Once she finally got it packed at this time I'm more then annoyed. She cuts the box down. Which it all could have fit in the smaller box. She produces to tell use so will charge for shipping according to the size and she won't charge a packing fee.
So she got the new box and told my mom and I along with my cousin standing there she would have to pack it according to the store rule's because a customer couldn't pack thier box inside your store.
