Good food, fast and friendly service. Resturant was very clean. The restaurant on the other had wasn't very clean. The fresh market was well supplied, produce was very fresh. The prices are very competitive with other stores in the area.
Avoid at all costs. Their customer service is horrible. I watched them wipe a counter down three times and they cleaned the mirror behind them two times before anyone even recognized that they had a line waiting. I thought that this was a one time encounter but this is the second time I have stopped here and the same thing happened. They are more concerned with wiping down that counter with their backs towards the customers than helping them take our orders. This was the worst Braums I have ever been too. I counted seven employees working behind the counter, and at one time, five were wiping the same counter and mirror behind them. If you are the manager of this store, you should be ashamed of yourself. This is NOT good customer service. You need to be retrained and/or fired. There is a serious lack of helpfulness and it shows in every workers attitude.
This is a good fast food place to eat at , clean ans friendly service. The plus at this place is it has a small store to purchase braums products. Braums farms raise the food in the store . Braums has dairy farms for the milk ,the have their own beef farms for the burgers , as braums also processes all the products.
Very slow drive thru service but great food. Staff in the market area are always so friendly and have great customer service.
