The employees were gossiping about a client that has depression and making fun of her. That was hateful and mean. I hope no one that works there had to ever go through depression. Logan is a good hair dresser.
I tried this place even though I heard bad things. I had a roach crawl up my leg. My haircut is uneven and my color faded the same week. I heard them talking bad about other people. I’m sure I was talked about when I left. The girl that did my hair didn’t seem to really want to do my hair and made me feel very uncomfortable. I do not recommend this place. You’ve been warned.
Was gonna give them a chance but was closed early even after calling earlier in the day. Lady had a bit of an attitude when I pointed out I had called and was told their hours were to 6.
I sat in a chair for 5 hrs with a man that had no idea what he was doing when it came to anything that I was having done. He was having to be instructed by the lady next to him and then he still did not use the right volume and had to redo the bleach process a second time which literally fried my hair and left it orange. I had to go to attend a wedding out of state. I had to pay to have it redone in a whole nother state..not only was I shocked the new hair dresser was shocked as well and took many pics of all the damage done to my hair. I was horrified when I got home and called the salon to let them know the damage that was caused to my hair and I got disrespected, rudeness, and argued with as if I was lying to them. I even offered to bring the pics that were taking. Right now I'm debating on what recourse to take. Very disappointed customer and will never go back to us hair salon.
Went once to take SO for haircut. Lady was kinda rude and they acted uninterested.
Awesome place to get a haircut girls are nice and friendly and they always get it done right. Not a corporate type places where you feel like a number instead of a person. I'm going here for now on.
