Matt was very helpful and pleasant. He did a wonderful job helping us purchase a washer and dryer.
Every time I come into this store, I am directed around by employees that pretend to know where items are located. I have spent a lot longer roaming the aisles looking for things that employees have told me to look for than if I had just looked myself.
I am so disappointed with this store. I understand that not every employee is expected to know every little thing, but only getting good service 10% of the time when I go into this store every week is pitiful. I won't be back.
Had Tyler help me. Super friendly, always helpful. I enjoyed my visit and most of the staff greet you and treat like more than a nuisance.
Normally, I just let it go, but today I decided to speak to a manager after 20 minutes of being misdirected by random employees while looking for something that they had in the store a few weeks prior. The manager offered no apologies for the inconvenience (I've worked in customer service for over 10 years. This is something you are supposed to do regardless.) and attempted to explain away why the employees were directing me to the wrong aisles. After searching in the store's system, he informed me that I should go to Ace (the closest one is two hours away) because they no longer carry it.
Need help in plumbing dept, could not find associate, finally one came by and I ask him foe assistnce, he made a call for help, waited another 10 min. or more still no help. I walked up front and noticed many associates were there, but was to busy stocking to even look at you and ask you id you needed help. I got to the frt and ask for help. An associate came in from outside and heard me , he said he could help. It was nice he wanted to help but he did not known anything about plumbing. Needless to say I did not get what I needed.
Good for home improvements. Employees helpful . Sometimes they need to be better trained. Today we needed wire and a guy from flooring cut the wire for us but did not tag it . So we were there a little longer at the check out than what was necessary. Not the cashiers fault ,not the guy from flooring. The person for electrical was not there. So a hold up at the register was about 15 or 20 minutes more than needed. But not a big deal .
