i will not be back to Durant Domino's it took an houre to get my pizza i live 30 minets from Durant when i got home it only had half of what i had orderd on it
Good pizza, much of the time has good service. The night I was there, they short handed and running about 45 mins. behind on takeout. Anyway, the pizza and twisted bread was good and hot.
Love this pizza place. They've always been awesome with delivery and food is great. Only gripe is with Shermarco. He doesn't handle stress well and places blame on others. Customers don't see individuals. They see the company as a whole. If you're part of the problem, you're representing the company. Us customers don't always see that. So if we have a problem with the business, it reflects on the company. Especially when I question the driver on the holdup and he refutes everything you as a manager has told me. We only live 6 blocks away and i prdered at 10 am and didnt receive until 12:30 due to drivers. If you advertise delivery at the get go, deliver. No excuses. Get it together Shermarco. We've done business with you for a while now.
Ordered online.. done in 10 minutes got there..called my name and the lady wouldn't even bring me the pizzas for another 20 minutes.. she just sat there and I had already paid. The girl making the pizza had her hair in a ponytail that went to her butt..gross. hair net maybe?! Then after they gave me the pizza the girl tried changing me again. Won't be back.
No problems, we order here about once a month and the food is always right and fresh and delicious
