First the soup came. It was cold and my mom found a big chunk of nasty tough chicken in it.
Great food fair prices and friendly staff
After 40 minutes i got to try my food and it was sub par. Waitress is nice but would not recommend. I prefer jimmys egg faster and consistently better food.
We get our meal and the broccoli looks like it was 2 weeks old. The gravy was cold as can be.
I will have to think long and hard before returning. Management needs to get their s*** together and get it back to the way it use to be!
Sadly this I hop was the place we always chose to go to. The last 2 times the service has been HORRIBLE! We sit with empty drinks for half our meals. Plus you have 4 other servers standing by the register doing nothing.
Facility was not clean. Food is overpriced and the waitress got my order wrong even though it was clarified three times! I won't be dining at this location again!!!
Service was good. Never had an empty glass and the food was prepared fast. Love coming here for a nice quick meal that wont break me.
