AWFUL! THE HEAVY SET LADY AT THE FRONT, BELIEVE HER NAME CHANDRA, IS EXTREMELY RUDE. SHE NEEDS TO WORK FOR A COLLECTION AGENCY. HER CONCERN, ARE NOT THE CHILDREN. ITS ALL ABOUT HER ACTUALLY HAVING TO DO THE JOB SHE IS PAID FOR, WHICH SHE CLEARLY HATES. SHE RUINS THAT WHOLE OFFICE. AS FOR DR. SIM, HE IS AMAZING. BUT HE NEEDS NEW STAFF. OR TO REPLACE HER. I WOULD LIKE TO LEAN OVER THAT COUNTER AND SLAP SOME SENSE INTO HER.
I bring my kids to this office. We are always impressed by the staff and the doctors.
I switched over to Dr. Sim from another pediatrician in Durant over three years ago. I have been very satisfied with the care he receives by the medical and office staff, that I refer everyone with children to this office. The doctors are very accessable and see children immediately, if the parent calls and says the child is sick. This is very important to be because the previous pediatrition, in Durant, said my grandchild was not ill enough to be seen and to wait until the next day but she died that same night. As a long time nurse, I know the importance of seeing a sick child as soon as possible but that doctor made a hasty and deadly decision on the phone. After all, does it matter if the office staff seems rude if your child's life is the issue?
Extremely rude and unorganized front office staff. Not sure about Doctors they maybe great. Rudeness of front office staff turned us off before we could use them.
Never had any problems until I brought my sick son in. She checked him out and noticed fluid on only one ear and marked it off as a cold. Later after returning home his fever was 102 so I took him to the ER where they discovered his right ear was infected and the left had fluid behind it. Thank goodness I took him to the ER or his ear infection would of gone untreated. Just a bit aggravating that she checked his ears and didn't notice that one was infected.
