Beware of dealing with this agency. Realtor Renee Roberts has decided to screw over of all people, a buyer. I was in a deal with her and her Melvin Horton Realty where we went back and forth with fees etc. Once done and all contracts signed and agreed Melvin the seller backed out with me cash in hand in the last minute.
There are many other realtors in this town. Seek elsewhere and save yourself the potential grief this realtor and her agency caused me.
Not that that was not bad enough Renea told my broker that I am not being reimbursed for any inspection Fees! Her and her client lied all the way through the initial deal. Saying the roof was under 10 years old but the inspection showed that to be a huge misrepresentation, having to be demanded to turn on the utilities per the contract to be inspected but refused to turn on the gas. To date I don't know if the gas heaters, water heater etc had issues.. talk about sight unseen.
This is a small County, should really think about how you treat people. No integrity.. sickening..
I am out hundreds in inspections fees for a house I have been denied in the last second to buy, my many hours of time and planning and not even an apology but rather "Deal with it. What are you going to to do about it." Attitude.
