Everytime I come here they are always slow and take up almost my whole lunch break. They seem to do more taking then working.
Clean ,although while we were there we ordered and didn't get our complete order . Luckily we were eating in so it was.no problem for them to correct our order . Although sometimes orders can get mixed up or shorted as any other fast food. As we ate our food I did count 5 people in a 30 minute time come back inside with the same thing of shorted or wrong order . I have no personal negative feelings towards jack in the box as I am a patient person. I would suggest check your order before leaving .

Even though they were busy and had to wait quite awhile the cashier at the drive thru went above and beyond. She apologized over and over, offered us free dessert and continued to keep a smile on her face!
