Great service. Seemed happy we were there. No one ignored us. We had to stay there 30 minutes while they quick charged our scooter battery. I think in that time everyone there had a conversation with us.

After considering other motorcycle dealerships I chose Durant Cycle for maintenance on my used cycle which I recently purchased. I was impressed by their reasonable charges, their timely appointment scheduling, meticulous attention to details (they covered all the factory maintenance service requirements), keeping me informed of the progress on the maintenance of my bike, and the courtesy they extended to a picky retired person. My cycle was not running too well when I brought it to them, but now it runs great! Usually I approach auto and cycle dealerships apprehensively, but at Durant Cycle I found a group of dedicated people who are trustworthy, friendly and maintain integrity in their business dealings. These guys are great. I got a flat tire on the highway out in front of their shop and came right out and helped me change it. They were so nice and helpful. These are the type of people you want to do business with. Thanks
