Very dissatisfied with my service . Loyalty means nothing there ! I can't believe they couldn't do better than what they did with the money we have spent with them & what we pay them every month !! It's got me wanting to look around !
Worst customer service ever. We walk in the guy behind the counter said, Sorry I can't help you. We wait for 45 minutes to upgrade a phone. Two old guys walk in and the man that said he couldn't help us jumped to help them right away. He told us he was supposed to have left 2 hours ago. We waited until they closed and still got ZERO help. Not even an acknowledgement.
Over 3 hrs and 60 miles driven! Unfortunately US CELLULAR is not able to ship a replacement and have to go back to deal with the same store yet again to get replacement!
This store has terrible customer service!! I have a Galaxy Note 7 that is part of the recall, unfortunately has to be exchanged at a corporate store. I call the store ahead of time, to ensure they have the phone available, the person who answers seems put out that I am calling. I was told that a replacement was in stock, but only for replacements of the recalled note 7's! Great, that would be my situation, so drove the 30 miles out there, walk in and receive zero acknowledgement from the people working there, or being told they have a sign in sheet to get service, thank god another customer told me. Which I understand they have customers infront of them, but a "Hi, welcome to US Cellular, please sign in and we will be with you as soon as can" would go a long way! Wait over an hour before my name was called, just to find out they do not have the phones yet! The same guy I spoke to on the phone that told me they had them instock,was the one who informed me they do not have them!
New location, super nice and clean. Pretty good selection of cellular accessories that you might not find elsewhere.
Not happy with us cellular at all. We were told if we left sprint and went with them they would buy out our sprint contract. They did not . They lied. Then almost a year into us cellular contract is when we found out that they did not do what they promised. So now we are having to pay 2 phone bills. US . cellular then blamed it on us saying we were to constantly stay on them to make sure it was done and time has passed that they can't do it now . Then we get a call from us cellular telling us that we can upgrade. We go to the store and tod we can't we like 10 days .after the 10 days we go back and then told we had to wait 30 more days.the lies keep being told. I have no faith in us cellular. We pay a lot of money to them always pay our bill. I tell my wife the hell with it . I do not blame the people at the durant store because all was written down and then the company does the opposite of what is agreed to. So they not only lied they screwed us over.we can now leave,our contract is up.so guess who starts calling and didn't like what I had to say? Yep us cellular. So they didn't like what I said they commenced to texting all phones several times to renew the contract. And upgrade. Now my wife is very forgiving . I am not. I don't blame the durant store. They only do what they are told . But that top dog who sits up there , yeah the ceo , his word is not worth the breath it takes to speak. It was all wrote down so they know what they were supposed to do. The poor people at the stores catch the aggression from the customer. While the ceo catches nothing. If your word is no good then you are no good . My wife wants to stay because of the durant people. I myself dont.i am still not happy. Update , corporate still has not fixed the Sprint contract. But went in today and got 4 new phones. Kim helped us and was very professional and helpful. Thanks to Kim today. Kim you are awesome
