Gotta say I would never choose this place looking at it from the road, but very glad I did. After we lost an alternator on a road trip through the area, Mike met me a half hour before opening time. He personally took the alternator off and ordered a new one right at 8 am. His guys came in and installed the new one and we're back on the road before 0900.
With such a quick job before hours and using a brand new part that cost over $250 I expected the total to be my worse than it was. Overall GREAT service, FAST service, and a GOOD price!
If this is the place that employs a young man named Steven/Stephen (sp) as a tow truck driver, they need to give him a raise. My mother and I were on the road heading from Branson, Missouri back to our home in Katy, Texas. About 6 miles south of Caney, Ok we ran over some tire debris and had major damage to the fuel line. After FDP got us taken care of, AAA sent out Steven. He was so kind and helpful in our time of frustration.
