Very knowledgable staff. They don't ask if your Chevy is a 4x4 or 2wd if you're buying windshield wipers. Competent, professional, personable team there. They honor warranties with no issues whatsoever, and will do what they can from their end (reminder- it's the owner's responsibility to understand his or her vehicle) to assist you with the knowledge you may require to replace your part. The few times I've come here, I've always left with a smile on my face, the part I need, and the knowledge that if I need anything, I'll head to O'Reilly's.
