I have been at this hospital many of times . It is a nice clean hospital. The staff is usually is very kind ,considerate,
I started having left arm pain in early 2016 and by July 2017 it was getting worse. I went to a local doctor on July 27 and he ran a blood test and ekg. I was told ekg was normal and not to worry. Blood test came back with extremely high cholesterol and dangerous level of triglycerides. No offer of help was forthcoming. I then went to oklahoma heart health in ardmore, ok and told them of my left arm pain, chest pain sweating and shortness of breath. They scheduled a echocardiogram that cost me 750.00 out of pocket. Was told results were normal and I must be suffering from acid reflux. A week later I had another severe attack and called alliance in durant, ok to try and get a c.t scan. While on the phone I was hit again with severe chest pains, sweating, nausea and vomiting. Any exertion at all caused me to crash. I went alliance's emergency room, told them what had been happening for last two months. Then it seemed like the whole world exploded into action. I was wiring up and had multiple people simultaneously working on me. The result was I was hospitalized and immediately scheduled for a heart Cath. A 90% + artery was found blocked and a stent was installed. Dr khetpall told me that I did not have acid reflux, that I could have died any minute in the last couple months as bad as that artery was blocked. Owe the fine people at alliance my life. They listened and saved me.
My mother was admitted thru the ER and from there to her room she received great care. We are from out of town and the staff has been very kind, helpful and gracious. The room is nice and clean except they need to clean room floors more often. When the 4 yr old kept kicking off her shoes we all noticed how dirty the bottom of her feet became. Other than that it has been a good experience and social service staff was right on top of helping us with several things.
I had to bring my two sick toddlers here and the staff got them in and out quickly and did an amazing job of getting them taken care! I'm incredibly impressed with how well they treated them.
Do not trust these ppl. The care was good but don't answer any of their questions! A nurse asked me all innocently, after I'd given birth to my daughter about my other kids, n I stupidly told her that my son wasn't with me. So she called cps on me. Last yr I was in an abusive relationship. N homeless. So my son was staying with his aunt till I got on my feet, I separated from him n did that but it was too late n I ended up giving birth to a stillborn so she decided to keep my son. Cps was not involved in any way. She just had more money than me n I've seen lawyers n been told I was hometowned. Her lawyer knew my judge. I never stood a chance. I ended up burying one son n losing the other all in the same week. But now because of this, something I could never control, I have cps in my beautiful baby girls life. N my case was not the only one that day. They called cps on 2 other new Moms. I will never go back to this hospital. N would suggest everyone watch what they say to these ppl. Wolves in sheep's clothing.
