I love my doctor. Dr. Powers is the only doctor out of many I've been to that actually listens to me and helps me. The actual office as far as billing they seem pretty shady, as I have always paid my 4$ copay every time I go but randomly they will try and act like I didn't. Wasn't till I contacted my insurance they decided to leave me alone as I was always charged and always paid my copay. If it wasn't for that (I had to deal with the copay problem for 4 months) I've give them 5 stars.
I have tried contacting his nurse for 3weeks and have left messages several times. I am only needing to know what shots my child is needing being I received a letter from daycare stating they needed updated record. I called once again today to see if I could speak w/ his nurse and was sent to Dr. Powers whom told me they were to busy to call me back and if I had questions I needed to make an appt. I asked why his nurse couldn't return my call and he said she was busy. I am so upset of how unprofessional he was towards me and would never recommend their office to anyone.
