Great price $48 a night. Does have a fairly large refrigerator and a microwave. Just that it's run down.

If you need a cheap room and don't care if it hasn't been remodeled since the 50's this is your place

Cheapest place in Durant but that's not saying much. The owner did everything he could think of to try and keep the $20 deposit.
