In-room microwave and fridge
Room was clean.
Beautiful hotel the colors are so peaceful and calming. The beds are really comfortable and the whole place is clean. Their breakfast is better than most hotels as well. Staff are helpful and friendly too.
Pillows we're small and hard (I like fluffy pillows too)
Towels and washcloths were larger than expected
Great accommodations in a newer building. Very spacious rooms. However, on close inspection, signs of wear were evident. From tattered carpet to missing toilet paper holders. And breakfast was absolutely horrible. I arrived 30 minutes after breakfast started, and only the eggs were fresh. Sausage like leather, hard biscuits, gravy that plopped onto the plate.
Breakfast was phenomenal--scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits, sausage gravy, waffles, cereal, fresh fruit (whole and chopped), bagels, muffins, yogurt and I'm sure I'm missing stuff
Simple and clean if you need a place to sleep. Had room that leaked when it rained. Had a very old ceiling stain, so they are not maintaining. Not top floor either. Breakfast: instant eggs, oily bacon, very hard biscuits, gravy mix. Had brand name yogurt and make your own waffles. Coffee was almost room temp and poor.
Heated indoor pool
Bed was comfortable, pillows were small but one was nice and soft and fluffy, the others were nice and firm. I love that instead of a blanket there was a nice fluffy duvet.
Bed was hard (I like a soft mattress).
Breakfast was pretty good. Except the bacon was tasteless, and I think the orange juice was artificially sweetened.
Reason for 3 stars is the bed and pillows. My hip and neck hurt after laying in bed for a few hours. If the bed was more comfortable I would have given 5 stars.
Not bad, not amazing but not bad. Room was clean but the whole place has a smell like used to allow smoking but stopped a year ago. You know, like they almost succeed in eliminating the stink but the walls and insulation are permanently infused. Plus one of the guests were smoking, which I hope they got busted. Staff were good and sent someone up with fbreeze and sprayed my room upon request.
Fridge and microwave worked and we're unobtrusive. Bath was clean though the tub was much smaller, narrower, and shallower than normal. Not conducive to taking a bath.
